Our Latest Expansion includes an 11,780 square foot addition to provide space for the manufacturing and packaging of lotions, gels, creams and ointments.

This new space includes six spacious rooms, all equipped with an HVAC system and Magnahelic gauges to assure proper manufacturing conditions. The HVAC system has a main HEPA filter and individual HEPA filters in each work area. The processing and packaging rooms are each equpped with Magnahelic gauges to assure proper pressure, temperature and humidity.

The new reverse osmosis (RO) water system, boiler and jacketed mixing tanks each occupy their own room; the packaging lines for liquids and lotions and tube filling line for creams, gels and ointments are adjacent.
